We're excited to announce that TenantFit is now live — and ready for landlords and rental agents to start screening smarter.

If you're tired of wasting time on unqualified leads, inbox overload, or awkward back-and-forth messages… this is for you.

🏠 What You Can Do Now

With this first release, you can:

• ✅ Register a free landlord account
• ✅ Add and activate your first rental property
• ✅ Share a public application link with interested tenants
• ✅ Receive anonymous pre-screened responses ranked by fit

It’s simple, fast, and designed to respect both your time and the tenant's privacy.

✏️ How It Works

1. Register your free account

Just your email — no long forms, no credit card.

Your first property is free forever.

2. Add your first property listing

You’ll provide basic details about the rental (e.g. price, size, availability). Then activate it to go live.

3. Share your custom application link

Post it on Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, or text it to leads. The page will show your property and a simple form for tenant candidates to fill out.

4. Review candidate responses

We’ll show you a ranked list based on their answers — like move-in date, income range, pet status, etc.

💡 You do not see any personal info yet.
Each candidate remains anonymous. If someone looks promising, you can message them directly via the app — and your email is set as the "reply-to" address.

That way, the tenant can choose to respond and continue the conversation via email — on their terms.

🔐 Built with Privacy in Mind

We’ve made privacy a core principle:

• Candidates do not share their names, documents, or ID at this stage
• Their email is stored securely, and never revealed to landlords
• Contact only happens if you decide to reach out

This keeps early screening low-stress and frictionless — for both sides.
